Franchise business is a hotbed of opportunities. While, this fact remains, a businessman who is dynamic, proactive and looking for some adventure in profession and is capable of taking risks may find himself stranded by a franchise that he is running for some time. A franchise, any one for that matter, works on a set successful model of business and is a repetitive in nature. While most franchising companies think that they follow the best practices, it can get to a dynamic entrepreneur's nerves, more often than not. Whilst may be an option, putting up the franchise for sale is a better option so that one can make more money from it.

Also, most times, everything is included in the purchase, especially in a turnkey business for sale. It is very beneficial for you to inherit the infrastructure that has already been established by the previous owner. This includes the customers, suppliers, employees, equipment, and systems as well. It is a good possibility that the previous owner(s) may offer some insight and assistance, therefore making the transition easier. In addition, the cash flow most likely will start immediately, rather than in an unknown timeframe when starting a brand new business. Profitability is not in question as it would be in a startup.

Opening a franchise comes with the advantage of knowing that this business has been successful in other locations. The idea and process of running this business have already been proven. Therefore the learning curve in operating the business can be virtually eliminated. In addition, Risk of failure is much lower with a franchise than starting a brand new business. There is a much higher likelihood of success if the same business has done well in other areas.

Finally, since a franchise or existing business for sale already has a good foundation, you can focus much of your efforts on building and expanding the business. As you become more familiar with your customers' needs and wants, you will have opportunities to add enhancements and improvements, therefore increasing your chances of higher profitability much sooner than you would in a startup business. There are thousands of businesses for sale and franchises out there right now and they are very easy to find. At BusinessMart.com you can browse through many great businesses for sale and franchises and also learn about the entire process of buying and sell a business.

Why build wealth? If you think wealth will answer all life’s questions and make you troublefree, you are delusional. I have had wealth twice in my life, and I don’t fi nd it to be trouble-free; as a matter of fact, most of the troubles have zeros attached to them. Wealth is not an escape mechanism. It is, instead, a tremendous responsibility. After years of studying, teaching and even preaching on this subject across America, I can find only three good uses for money. Money is good for fun. Money is good to invest. And money is good to give. Most anything else you find to do with it doesn’t represent good mental and spiritual health on your part.

Having Fun
The kid in us likes the fun part of this equation. If you’ve reached the point of wealth building, you have made the kid inside you behave for a long time with promises of ice cream. So if you’ve made it to this point, the kid should get some ice cream. Should anyone wear a $30,000 watch? Should anyone drive a brand-new $50,000 car? Should anyone live in a $700,000 home? Absolutely, they should. The problem with people is they buy those things when they can’t afford them. Taking your family, even the extended ones, on a seven-day cruise, buying large diamonds or even buying a new car are things you can afford to do when you have millions of dollars. You can afford to do these things because, when you do them, your money position is hardly even affected. If you like travel, travel. If you like clothes, buy some. I am releasing you to have some fun with your money, because money is to be enjoyed.

Investing
The grown-up inside us likes investing money because that is part of what makes you wealthy. In the movie Two Weeks Notice, Hugh Grant plays George Ward. The character of George is a very wealthy and spoiled corporate figure. His character isn’t one we want to imitate, but he has a great line in the movie about his wealth. He is telling Sandra Bullock’s character that he lives in this luxury hotel, when he says nonchalantly, “Actually, I own the hotel; my life is a little bit like Monopoly.”

Investing can feel like that after a while—“a little bit like Monopoly.” When you play Monopoly, you can be up, or you can get behind. Sometimes the market fluctuates, but as mature investors we ride out the waves and stay in for the long term. Sometimes I meet people who arrive at this step and are scared because just as they reach retirement age, their investments are heading down. Never fear; if you have quality investments with long-term track records, they will come back. Besides, you don’t need all the nest egg at once to retire on; you just need some of the income from it. So since you don’t need it all right then, it would be silly to cash everything out while the market is at the bottom. “Buy high; sell low” is not the formula to wealth. Be patient with the market while living off the income the nest egg produces. You can choose to be a little more sophisticated, but until you have more than $10 million, I would keep investing very simple. You can clutter your life with a bunch of unnecessary stress by getting into extremely complex investments. I use simple mutual funds and debt-free real estate as my investment mix—very clean, simple investments with some basic tax advantages. As you arrive at this step, if you want to own some paid-for real estate, it can be fun.

Always manage your own money. You should surround yourself with a team of people smarter than you, but you make the decisions. You can tell if they are smarter than you if they can explain complex issues in ways you can understand. If a member of your team wants you to do something “because I say so,” get a new team member. You are not hiring a daddy; you are gathering counsel. God did not give them the responsibility over this money. He gave that to you. Celebrities and pro athletes often lose their entire fortunes because they give up the responsibility of managing their own money. The money manager who loses your hard-earned investments won’t live with the regret and pain that you will. A good estate-planning attorney, a CPA or tax expert, an insurance pro, an investment pro and a good Realtor are a few of the essential team members you should gather around you. I endorse the use of financial planners if they are team members and not the sole captains of their teams. When selecting and working with your wealth team, it is vital to bring on members who have the heart of a teacher—not the heart of a salesman or the heart of an “expert.” The salesman is always chasing a commission and thinking short-term, and the “expert” can’t help being condescending, which is humorous because they likely have less money than you. Also, when taking advice, evaluate whether the person giving the advice will profit from it. If your insurance pro is coming up with more great insurance ideas every week, you may have a problem. That is not to say everyone who makes a commission off you is out to get you. There are plenty of commission-only financial people who have extreme levels of integrity. Just be aware of possible conflicts of interest.

When your money makes more than you do, you are officially wealthy. When you can comfortably live on your investment income, you are financially secure. Money is a hard worker—harder than you. Money never gets sick, never gets pregnant and is never disabled. Money works 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Money gets its job done, and it asks only for directions and a firm master.

Giving
The most mature part of who you are will meet the kid inside as you learn to involve yourself in the last use of money, which is to give it away. Giving is possibly the most fun you will ever have with money. Fun is good, but you will tire of golf and travel. Investing is good, but going around and around that Monopoly board eventually loses its appeal. Every mentally and spiritually healthy person I’ve met has been turned on by giving as long as it didn’t mean his own lights got cut off. I can promise you from meeting with literally thousands of millionaires that the thing the healthy ones share in common is a love of giving.

Someone who never has fun with money misses the point. Someone who never invests money will never have any. Someone who never gives is a monkey with his hand in a bottle. Do some of each.

Her hand needs a.....um....tennis racquetDo you like tennis and play tennis every week end?
Tennis is fun and can burn much fat on our body, but if we get mistake to choise a right equipment it will make injury.

Here some tips to choise the right one :

Tennis apparel:
Tennis apparel has gone through major upgrades in the past several years. Gone are the days of "tennis whites" as the only acceptable fashion on the court. There are styles to suit every personality, as evidenced by the players of any major televised tournament. Select your tennis apparel according to your individual preferences.
Step 1:
Start by taking a look around, especially if you're just beginning in tennis and have no tennis apparel whatsoever. You can get a good idea of the going trends by visiting your local courts and watching others play.
Step 2:
Select a few shirts that suit you. If you're going to be playing with some regularity, you'll probably want at least three tops. Not only do you want to show some variety on the court, but shirts get soaked pretty quickly when playing tennis.
Step 3:
Select shorts or skirts that breathe, without being too tight or restricting your movement. Lighter colors will keep you cooler on hot days.
Step 4:
Take your time in finding the right shoes. Your tennis shoes will get a workout as you race around the court. Make sure they are extremely comfortable and support your feet properly. A pro shop salesperson should be able to help you select the right footwear, allowing you to perform your best and avoid injury.
Step 6:
Find tennis apparel online at sites such as www.tennisplaza.com

Tennis shoes

Tennis shoes are made for playing tennis, although many people find them comfortable for every day use. Many of the most popular brands of athletic shoes make tennis footwear, like Nike, Adidas, k swiss tennis shoes, Reebok and Wilson.

When you look for a tennis shoe, you want a snug fit, with a durable outer sole. The shoe should feel light and comfortable, while providing good traction and cushioning. It is also advisable to select a shoe with a protective toe.
Canvas stays coolest, breathes best, and is least likely to contain suspect chemicals that might enter your skin. Leather can provide more support and will stay drier in wet off-court environments. Vinyl can provide good support, and it resists external moisture best, but it tends to get hottest and breathe worst. Durability is rarely an issue with tennis shoe uppers because the soles usually wear out long before the uppers do.

Rackets
The single most important piece of equipment a tennis player will purchase is a tennis racket. With the wide variety of tennis racket brands, models, types, and specifications on the market, selecting a tennis racket can be a daunting task. Prospective tennis racket buyers should consider several important criteria. These criteria are brand, racket weight, racket length, grip size, balance, and head size.

Many tennis racket manufacturers produce multiple racket models with varying specifications. Popular brand name tennis rackets include Avery, Babolat Rackets, Dunlop, Fischer, Gamma, Head, Prince, ProKennex, Volkl, Wilson, and Yonex. Each racket manufacturer has its own unique characteristics and nuances that pervade their entire tennis racket line. You can consult your local tennis professional or tennis racket expert for advice on the brand of racket that is most likely to fit your needs. Ultimately, however, testing out different brands of tennis rackets is the best way to find the right match.
Then known primarily for strings, Babolat (BAH-bow-lah) took a swing at the racket market in 1994 and has become the fastest-growing maker in the world. It is third in world market share.

It's a true fact that it's not where you are born or whom you are born to that determines how your life will be. Its what you do with your life that determines how your life will be. Not long ago, Forbes Magazine publishes a special report on The World's Billionaires. It's a snap shot of who's who of the super rich.

I have the privilege of studying their life stories and observe that many of them started out as either a poor boy from the neighborhood or a high school dropout. In this article, you too will have the privilege to read about them and hopefully get inspired by Their Billionaire Story.

The IKEA Story

IKEA Founder Ingvar Kamprad made headlines in early 2004 when Swedish business magazine Veckans Affarer reported that he had surpassed Bill Gates as the world's wealthiest person. While IKEA's unconventional ownership structure makes this the matter of some debate, there is no doubt that IKEA is still one of the largest, most successful privately held companies in the world, with over 200 stores in 31 countries, employing over 75,000 people and generating over 12 billion in sales annually.

Kamprad was born in the South of Sweden in 1926 and brought up on a farm called Elmtaryd, near the small village of Agunnaryd. Kamprad began to develop a business as a young boy, selling matches to neighbors from his bicycle. He found that he could buy matches in bulk very cheaply from Stockholm, sell them individually at a low price and still make a good profit. From matches, he expanded to selling fish, Christmas tree decorations, seeds and later ball-point pens and pencils. When Kamprad was 17, his father gave him a reward for succeeding in his studies. He used this money to establish what has grown into IKEA.

The name IKEA was formed from Kamprad's initials (I.K.) plus the first letters of Elmtaryd and Agunnaryd, the farm and village where he grew up. He continued to expand his business to a variety of goods, including wallets, watches, jewelry and stockings. When he outgrew his ability to call on his customers individually, he converted to a sort of makeshift mail order operation, hiring the local milk van to make his deliveries.

Kamprad has a reputation for being, well, "cheap". He takes the subway to work, and when he drives, it's an old Volvo. Rumor is that when he stays in a hotel, if he feels the urge to drink one of those expensive sodas from the wet bar, he replaces it later with one picked up from a nearby convenience store. He also encourages IKEA employees always to write on both sides of a paper.

Forbes magazine estimated his fortune at US$33 billion, making him the 4th richest man in the world.

Las Vegas Sands story

Sheldon Gary Adelson is an American businessman. He is a property developer and public company CEO based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Las Vegas Sands Corp., which owns and operates the Venetian Casino Resort and the Sands Expo and Convention Center. Adelson vastly increased his net worth upon the initial public offering of Las Vegas Sands in December 2004 by selling just 10% of the shares.

In addition, on May 26, 2006, Adelson's Las Vegas Sands was awarded a hotly contested license to construct a casino resort in Singapore's Marina Bay. The new casino is expected to open in 2009 at a rumored cost of $3.16 billion.

Adelson was born to a poor Jewish family, in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. Son of a Boston cabdriver, he borrowed $200 from his uncle to sell newspapers at age 12. In the years that followed, he worked as a mortgage broker, investment adviser and financial consultant. To this point in his career, Adelson has created and developed to maturity more than 50 different companies, including COMDEX, a tradeshow he developed with his partners for the computer industry. Adelson together with his partners directed COMDEX to become the world's largest trade show with a presence in more than 20 countries.

According to Forbes magazine, Adelson is the 6th richest person and the third richest American in the world, with a net worth estimated at US $26.5 billion in 2007. Forbes estimates he has been earning about $1 million an hour for the past two years.

The Zara Story

The son of a railroad worker and a maid, Amancio Ortega received no formal higher education. He began his remarkable career as a teenager in La Coruña, Spain, the traditional center of the Iberian textile industry. When he was 13 years old he worked as a delivery boy for a shirt maker who produced clothing for the rich. He later worked as a draper's and tailor's assistant. In seeing firsthand how costs mounted as garments moved from designers to factories to stores, Ortega learned early on the importance of delivering products directly to customers without using outside distributors. He would later employ such a strategy with great success at Zara, attempting to control all of the steps in textile production in order to cut costs and gain speed and flexibility.

In the early 1960s Ortega became the manager of a local clothing shop, where he noticed that only a few wealthy residents could afford to buy the expensive clothes. Thus he started producing similar items at lower prices, purchasing cheaper fabric in Barcelona and cutting out pieces by hand using cardboard patterns. Ortega then sold his items to local shops; he used the profits to start his first factory in 1963 at the age of 27.

In 1975 Ortega opened his first Zara shop across the street from La Coruña's most important department store; he would become renowned for choosing the best locations for his outlets. By 1989 Ortega had opened nearly one hundred stores in Spain.

Ortega had a reputation as a private and secretive man. He never granted interviews to the media, and the company released very little personal information about its founder and chairman. For decades there was only one known photograph of Ortega in circulation. When the company issued its first annual report in 1999, a new photograph finally appeared.

Ortega rarely attended official events. When the Spanish Prince Felipe called on Inditex headquarters, the royal visitor was received by one of Ortega's representatives.

Ortega was also known for being a down-to-earth boss. He never wore a tie to work; indeed his wedding was reportedly the last time he had donned one. He hated working with investment bankers in preparation for the initial public offering of Inditex stock. One banker told the Financial Times, "We could see it was absolute torture for him" (April 28, 2001). Even on the first day of the sale of Inditex stock in 2001, when Ortega became the richest man in Spain, he did not celebrate in grand style. Rather he went to work, watched the news on television for 15 minutes to find out that he had just earned $6 billion, and then ate lunch in the company cafeteria.

According to Forbes magazine, Ortega is the 8th richest person and the richest Spaniard in the world, with a net worth estimated at US $24 billion in 2007.

Rich as they may seem, but their poor start leaves a message that says "its not where you started, its where you end up, that is important".

"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve." - Napoleon Hill

Before the now famous CD The Secret came Napoleon Hill's 1937 motivational revelation Think and Grow Rich. The classic began the explosion of personal empowerment that continues unabated to this day. Hill prefigures the "Prosperity Consciousness" of present-day New Age thinkers. Think and Grow Rich is one of the best-selling self-help books of all time, having sold over 30 million copies worldwide.

Providing the origin for the CD's name, Hill refers to the "Carnegie Secret." This secret is an awareness which Hill purports is the foundation of all success. Hill writes that "the secret was brought to my attention by Andrew Carnegie," who commissioned him to interview 500 of the richest people to learn how they created their wealth. By interviewing such individuals as William Wrigley, Alexander Graham Bell, Charles M. Schwab, John D. Rockefeller, Henry Ford and Woodrow Wilson, Hill verified Carnegie's premise that the key to wealth creation is that all wealth is created with the human mind.

Hill indirectly describes the "secret" in every chapter, but never states it plainly, believing that the secret "seems to work more successfully when it is merely uncovered and left in sight, where THOSE WHO ARE READY, and SEARCHING FOR IT, may pick it up." (his capitalization)

A Blueprint for Bounty

Hill lays out 15 personal achievement "laws" that anyone can use to achieve success. He is adamant that we grow spiritually in order to lure wealth our way. He stresses the need to cultivate a burning desire, unwavering persistence, and the consistent use of autosuggestion in order to attain our goals. He also includes practical business advice: find new opportunities created by technological innovations, make a written plan, and don't be afraid to fail repeatedly.

Food for the Soul

The information contained in Think and Grow Rich is pioneering and well defined, yet the genius to the effectiveness of the work is the majesty and clarity of Hill's expression. Hill understands the turn of a phrase, the nuance of using very specific words and images, and the dynamism of real life examples. His vocabulary is rich and vibrant-and thereby emotionally moving and inspiring.

The brilliance of Hill's masterpiece comes as much from how he states his wisdom as from what he has to say. He knows that the secret he wants to share cannot be captured in a single concept, and cannot be adequately conveyed in one catchy phrase. Hill wants us to absorb and integrate this awareness on a very deep level, so that we will be able to use it successfully in our lives. To this end, he fills his book with colorful and precise language that invokes the spirit of the secret. His words are to be tasted, savored, consumed, digested, and assimilated-not merely intellectually understood.

Think and Grow Rich is written for the soul, not the mind. Listen to his words with your heart- the part of you that already knows the truth of what he writes! His "secret" is a living being to be met with a playful willingness. In this way the power of this truth can be re-awakened in your daily actions-and the bounty of the truth can be fully manifest in your daily life.

To me, Hill's secret is a space, a portal, that opens up in your world as you let in the essence, the energy, of his sharing. The secret is a sense of awe and wonder-and of birthright and ownership. It's a coming home to the truth of our most natural potential.

Thoughts Beget Reality

At the outset of the book Hill asserts, "Thoughts are things, and powerful things when they are mixed with definiteness of purpose, persistence and a burning desire for their translation into riches or other material objects." As he describes how to go about success: "He thought himself into a fortune!"

Hill graphically illustrates how all creation works: "The ether in which this little earth floats in which we move and have our being is a form of energy moving at an inconceivably high rate of vibration. The ether is filled with a form of universal power which adapts itself to the nature of the thoughts we hold in our minds and influences us in natural ways to transmute our thoughts into their physical equivalent."

And he warns, "This power makes no attempt to discriminate between constructive thoughts and destructive thoughts. This power will urge us to translate into physical reality thoughts of poverty just as quickly as it will influence us to act upon thoughts of riches."

Pump Up the Passion

Realizing the crucial role of strong enthusiasm, Hill declares that "Desire is the starting point of all achievement. The first step toward riches. The desire is not a hope. It is not a wish. It is a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything else."

Invite the Unexpected

Yet Hill cautions that "When the opportunity came, it appeared in a different form and from a different direction than he had expected. ... That is one of the tricks of opportunity. It has a sly habit of slipping in the back door and often comes disguised in the form of misfortune or temporary defeat. ... Perhaps this is why so many fail to recognize opportunity."

The Trickster of Failure

Hill advises, "One of the most common causes of failure is the habit of quitting when one is overtaken by temporary defeat. Failure is a trickster with a keen sense of irony and cunning. ... Failure takes great delight in tripping one when success is almost within reach. Learn the art of converting defeat into stepping stones to opportunity."

Feel Your Goal as Achieved Now

With divine clarity, Hill shares the essence of manifestation: "See and feel and believe yourself already in possession of the goal. ... You must be an intense dreamer who has the vision and imagination to see realities in their mental and spiritual form before they have been transmuted into their physical form. If you do not see riches in your imagination, you will never see them in your bank balance."

No Hard Work Required!

Surprisingly, Hill is not an advocate of struggle: "Riches begin with a state of mind with definiteness of purpose with little or no hard work. ... These steps call for no hard labor, no sacrifice, no great amount of education."

Harness Sexual Energy

Intriguingly-considering the era in which he lived-Hill also discusses harnessing Kundalini energy, manifesting psychic powers such as telepathy, tapping into higher consciousness, and getting in touch with the Great Minds of history. In perhaps the most revealing and valuable statement of the book, Hill writes, "The emotions of faith, love and sex are the most powerful of all positive emotions."

Emotion Is Your Power

Recognizing the central purpose of feeling, Hill suggests "All thoughts which have been emotionalized (given feeling) and mixed with faith translate themselves into their physical equivalent. The feeling portion of thoughts give our thoughts vitality, life and action."

The Key to Hill's Secret

I would suggest that feeling is the key to being able to fully use Hill's secret to attract outrageous abundance into your life. As you read his words here-and in his book-feel the meaning of his words in your body-and in your soul. Read each profound truth aloud. Feel the place within your body, within your being, where that truth resonates. That vibration, that energy, within you is the secret! And it is the secret to your success. From that knowing feeling space you can attract whatever you desire into your world.

Experience Fully these Truths of Napoleon Hill:

"Success comes to those who become success conscious. Failure comes to those who allow themselves to become failure conscious."

"Every failure brings with it the seed of an equivalent success. Every adversity brings with it the seed of an equivalent advantage."

You've already proven your intelligence, talent, and tenacity. You work hard, and you have so much to offer, so why isn't your value reflected in your pocketbook?

You could be repelling money with unconscious beliefs and behaviors.

Here are five quick tips to attract more money into your life:

  1. Appreciate money! If even a penny shows up on the sidewalk, thank Money for the gift. Don't worry about denomination; appreciate everything. Think of how good you feel when you are valued for even a small gesture. It's the same for Money. Every time you practice receiving and appreciating, you train the universe to send you more.
  2. Strengthen your Boundaries. I define boundaries as the courage to say "yes" to what you want and "no" to what you don't want. You teach the universe how you want to be treated with every choice you make. Let go of what others think about you, and be true to yourself. Clear the clutter and energy drains in your life. Weak boundaries attract exploitation, resentment, and a sense of powerlessness. Strong boundaries build your self esteem, and they free you to focus on what is important to you. This is very attractive.
  3. Make a Wish List. Make a list of 100 things you would be, do or have if money were no object. The length of the list stretches you out of scarcity thinking. The items on the list put what you want on your radar. Wish lists are magical. Through a mental process called Reticular Activation, your mind will start to discover opportunities to manifest the items on your list that may have been invisible to you before. Notice how things on your list will "show up" with the means to pay for them!
  4. Become an excellent money manager. Automatically divert a percentage of your income into a wealth building/financial freedom account. Get in the habit of building wealth, even if you are paying down debt. And set aside something to give to the charities and causes you care about. Nothing builds a sense of abundance like the ability to give to others!
  5. Surround yourself with the people who have mastered what you want to learn, and you will evolve yourself that much faster. I call this Success by Association. We naturally take on characteristics of the people we are around the most. If you want to be financially free, spend your time with financially successful people who share your values. Pick up their mindset and practices for wealth building. Your worldview and your behavior will naturally shift to support more abundance.
